He provides a friendly service and a personal approach, tailoring the programme to each client and understanding the needs of the individual. Stephen had worked with Personal Trainers all his life and couldn’t achieve the shape he was looking for. In frustration, he approached Tony Devine, who conducted a thorough exercise history and discovered why Stephen had been unsuccessful.He recommended the "FATBURN 59" program. Previous fitness professionals had not taught Stephen how to use his muscles correctly. His muscle activation was poor and he needed to learn how to fire them in the right sequence. Stephen achieved his fitness goal within three months, losing four inches off his waist. He is especially pleased with the way his chest and arms now look.

Sharon is your typical working mum, with two small children (aged two and four) and a busy part-time job. Kim was able to wear her dress to her wedding event,she was two sizes smaller than when she’d started.
